Having Problems Entering Account Number?

If you enter your alias and your password in the software then you will not get anywhere. You need your actual account number in this situation. Cool Hand Poker can provide you with your account number, but you will need to provide them with the following:

Are you Locked Out of Your Account?

Another problem that affects players sometimes is being locked out. If you have been locked out then you should email Cool Hand Poker and ask about the status of your account. There are several different reasons why you may have been locked out and there are three that are quite common. The first is that you entered the wrong account information three times in a row.
