Making a Deposit

All you need to do is login to your account in the poker software and then click on the Bank. When you reach the bank you will see where you can choose “deposit”. Once you reach the “deposit” link you will see it is quite easy to make a deposit using one of the following methods:

Has your card been rejected?

If you are trying to deposit money with your debt or credit card and it is rejected, or does not go through, that may be due to some new regulations governing your cards. Your deposit is not reflected?

Withdrawing Your Funds

Banking legislation does not allow for credit or debit cards to be used on your accounting, however there are other methods that work well. Withdrawal

Withdrawing your funds is easy and all you need to do is click on the “bank” icon in your account. When you reach this area of your account simply click on the withdrawal button to proceed with the withdrawal. The instructions are easy so just follow them to withdraw your funds.

The easiest way to get your money is with a web wallet. The web wallet options are as follows:

• Web wallets- Click2Pay, NETeller, and FirePay are web wallet options that work well, too. These transfers will take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to appear in your account after they have been transferred.
• Check- Those with US bank accounts may receive a check. It will take 3-5 days to reflect in your account, but those looking for faster withdrawals a web wallet is a better choice. A check could take up to 21 days to arrive with regular mail, and there are fees associated with speedmail and courier mail.
• ACH transfer- Those with US bank accounts may also choose an ACH transfer. For the winnings to reflect in your account it could take anywhere from 3-5 business days.

Your Pending Winnings

Many players have noticed when they win money it is pending for 24 hours before it is processed. The reason for this is that we want to allow you the chance to leave your winnings in your account so you do not have to make another deposit. Of course, if you want to withdraw your winnings after this time frame you are welcome to do so.

If you have pending poker winnings that you want to keep in your account even though you have processed a withdrawal then you can still reverse your withdrawal. That is as long as it is still in the 24-hour pending period before the Processing Department processes it. Just visit the banking menu to cancel your withdrawal. If the withdrawal reversal period is over then you should email Cool Hand Poker and they will handle the reversal for you. This may only be canceled if the Processing Department has not processed your withdrawal. So the faster you contact them the better chance you have.
