Live Casino Jurisdictions and Countries that issue them
As more live casinos are available it is increasingly important to know where the casinos operated and which jurisdiction the live dealer casino is run under. In this way you know the relative reputation that the casino bears and who to contact if you have a serious dispute that needs moderation. Here are the different jurisdictions that the known live casinos operate under:
Comments on the Jurisdictions and Licenses
It is my opinion that the European Licenses such as the UK Gambling Commission are amongst the more reliable jurisdictions. Others such as Antigua, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, and Cypuris are also recommended. I would avoid rogue jurisdictions such as Costa Rica. The only exception would be Celtic Casino where I personally have know the software company (ViG) directors who operate a legitimate casino. Other Costa Rican "licensed" casinos should be avoided.
Even though a live dealer casino could bear a legitimate license this doesn't mean that the casino is going to always pay their winners. At best "license" is a token where the casino is saying "trust us". The ultimate judge of reliability is reputation built over a long period of time.
