The only difference from playing at a brick and mortar casino is that you are sitting in your living room instead of the casino.
In order to begin the action, you will place your ante in the spot designated for this.  The game starts with the dealer placing four cards face up and one card down.  The down card is the Exchange card.  Once all cards have been dealt, the betting rounds begin.  You may now bet or exchange your down card for another card if you choose.  When you exchange a card, you will be charged another ante that will automatically be taken from your account.  If you want to keep your down card, simply place a bet or double your ante and it will be placed in the Bet box.  That is all you need to do to begin playing the poker hand you were dealt.
After all exchanges have been made, the dealer is responsible for beginning the next betting round by opening.  The dealer must show ace king or higher in order to open.  If the dealer does not have the required hand, all bets will be returned and the next hand will start.  If the dealer is able to open, the best hand will win.  If you have a better hand than the dealer, you will get one to one odds on your ante and your back bets will pay out as follows:
- One Pair pays out one to one odds
- Two Pair pays out two to one odds
- 3 of a Kind pays out three to one odds
- Straight pays out four to one odds
- Flush pays five to one odds
- Full House pays out seven to one odds
- 4 of a Kind pays twenty to one odds
- Straight Flush pays fifty to one odds
- Royal Flush pays one hundred to one odds
If you made an Exchange bet in order to get more cards, that wager will be returned.  This is a payment for the card and not considered a wager for the hand.  The rank of poker hands is just like any other poker game.
On top of the normal game play, you can also place a Bonus Bet.  This is done by wager a one pound chip in the Bonus area of the table.  After the cards have been dealt, the bonus is paid for a hand holding a straight or better with the following bonus pay out:
- Straight = €50
- Flush = €100
- Full House = €200
- 4 of a Kind = €800
- Straight Flush = €1500
- Royal Flush = €5000
