Do NOT play the live dealer games at Riverbelle Casino. |
The entire point of this post is: Don’t play the live dealer games at Riverbelle Casino.
CrazyMonkeyCasino.com has NEVER recommended USA residents to play at online casinos (even live ones).
Here’s why: We all know that the DOJ (Department of Justice, USA) has taken a strong stance against online gambling. They have clearly stated that it is illegal for US residents to bet at online sportsbooks (although not casinos). The DOJ has been successful in passing the UIEG that makes it illegal for banking institutions to transfer funds (credit cards..etc) for online gambling. From what I understand, it is NOT illegal to play at an online casino in the US, but it is illegal for the banks to manage funds to and from the players for the casinos. This means that the players themselves are not subject to prosecution, but the financial systems are. This has indirectly disassembled online gambling in the US. There are still online casinos that offer services in the USA, but I do not recommend playing at these sites.
Any online casinos that offer service to the US are going to have extreme difficulties deposits and withdrawals. If there’s a risk of you not getting your money on a big win, then what’s the point!
Here’s another reason. This last week, a judge in Kentucky has made a case against 144 online casinos that offer services to the state of Kentucky. Due to this case, there are many online casinos (144 of them) that are at risk of losing their domain name. Will this wipe out the targeted online casinos? Probably not, but why risk it. There’s instability in playing at those casinos on that list.

The only live dealer casino on that target list is Riverbelle Casino. If Riverbelle loses their domain name, they will just change the domain to another one and try to roll with the punches.
I recommend contacting your local senator or congressman and letting them know what you think about the need for online gambling regulation and not prohibition. That’s exactly what I am going to do.
