The United States offers a double zero that can be wagered on but this actually makes for the house to have better odds to take your money.  The European casinos mainly offer the numbers up to thirty six with a single zero.  Betting on the single zero usually offers the same ratio payout for those that hit that number.  You will also be able to wager on whether the number will be even or odd, or black and red.
Each betting option has different payout ratios depending on how you wager and what you are wagering for.  The following is the basic wagering odds and ratios that you can use when deciding how you are going to wager and how much you will win if your number or colour hits:
- A Black/Red wager offers one to one payout.  If you bet one chip, you will get one chip back.  This is a one to one payout.
- Wagering on the Hi/Low pays out one to one.
- A wager on the number being even or odd pays one to one.
- If you are playing at a live online roulette game that offers split bets, or bets that will use two numbers in a certain range, or column and you win, the payout is two to one.
- You can choose to bet on four numbers at a time by placing your chip in the position where the four numbers come together.  If one of these numbers hit, your payout will be eight to one.
- Betting on three numbers will award you eleven to one if one of your numbers hit on the live online roulette board.
- If you split two numbers and one of them is the winning number, you will be awarded seventeen to one on your wager.
- Choosing a single number to win, including the single zero will award you a monster thirty five to one on your wager.  If you wager a single chip, you will get thirty five of the same denomination chips back!
Every other aspect of live online roulette plays exactly as you would in a brick and mortar casino.  You will have an opportunity to choose your numbers before the wheel is spun and the ball is dropped on to the wheel.  You must get your bets in before the croupier announces no more bets just as if you were at a brick and mortar casino when you are playing live online roulette.  Once you bets have been placed, and the croupier announces the winning number, your winnings will be placed directly into your players account to either be wagered again or you can cash it out if you choose.  Depositing money and withdrawing money is very easy to do as well.
