10/20 7 Card Stud Poker

The great thing about UltimateBet is that they have just about every variant of poker that you could ever hope to play.  We had never actually played this variety of poker before so we thought that it would be a lot of fun to try something new.  We were impressed with the graphics, which are stunning on all of the games.  One of the nice features is that you can see the screen name of each of the players as well as how many chips that have in their account in addition to how many chips they are betting.  In addition to the graphics are some simple but fun sound effects.  In the bottom right hand corner is a chat area where members can chat and the dealer lets the players know what is happening at every turn of the game.

Our first hand was not a good one and we were out our bet, but we were not deterred.  When you start out on a bad note, things can only get better and we were excited to see where the game would take us. The next couple hands continued much the same as we couldn’t seem to put together a decent hand but then finally on the fourth hand we were able to win 192 chips with a pair of sevens.  You can go to many poker websites on the internet and find that many of the people there really do not have that much experience, but that cannot be said for the players on UltimateBet.  We had some serious competition sitting at the table and though we won 192 chips we certainly were not the most experienced player at the table.  We had a lot of fun watching others win as the game was fast paced and people simply knew what they were doing!
