Loading the Game

Use your username and password obtained when you registered at sign-up to login after opening the website.  This will take you a window with your account information. Go to the left corner of this window and press the “Play Now” button for the Game Lobby to show in a new screen.

Go to the “Video Poker & Keno” section on the Game Lobby to play “Jacks or Better.”

After you press the link for “Jacks or Better,” a screen will pop-up.  A progress bar will now show the quantity of the game that has loaded.  You can play “Jacks or Better” after the load is 100% complete.

Rules of the game

“Jacks or Better” consist of very basic rules where you first have to choose the quantity that you like to bet and the number of “Coins” you like to play with-you can find more information on this in the “Placing bets” section. 

When the first five cards have been “Laid” there will be five “Hold” buttons positioned beneath the cards.  These signals the Game Server that you like to have these cards in the final round.  Once you have chosen the cards you want to “Hold” you HAVE to press the “Deal” button positioned on the Game Panel.

To Place bets

Go to the “Game understanding” section of this guide to learn more about the buttons used to make bets in “Jacks or Better.”  After you have chosen the amount you want to wager you must press the “Deal” button found at the top of the Game Panel.

Coins

Coins are used to make your wagers and increase your winnings. Coins have a value of BET x 4 lines. An example of playing with coins is shown below:

1 x Coin with BET of 2.00, the TOTAL BET=8.00

2 x Coins with BET of 2.00, the TOTAL BET=16.00

3 x Coins with BET of 2.00, the TOTAL BET=24.00

The Payout Table updates the payout amount everytime that you choose a new quantity of coins to play with.

Understanding the Game

Under the cards you will see the “Hold” button for every column-this button will be explained later in this guide.

You must read about the two other sections of the game to learn how it is played: the Game Panel placed at the bottom of the game and the Game Table.

Information on the payout

Along the top of the table, there is a table by the top left corner of the game with BET 1 COIN, 2 COIN, 3 COIN, 4 COIN, and 5 COIN.  This table is updated whenever you choose a new quantity of “Coins” to play with.

With every new winning card combination you receive a new type of payout, and the Payout table always updates its information.

If you raise the quantity you want to bet per coin or if you raise the quantity of coins; the PayTable updates the Payout quantities to show the best you have made.

 If you have a winning card combination, the PayTable will show the corresponding row that has the combination on and will show the amount to be paid into your gaming account.

For example, if you have a Flush winning combination with 1 x “Coin” with the minimum bet of (€0.05) the payout will be for €0.25.

Double/Half Double or Nothing

After you have “Won” in any of the “4 Lines,” this portion of the game will appear at the center of the window.  This will let you decide if you want to double all your winnings or if you only want to double half of your winnings.  

After you choose the action you want to play, you will be directed to a sub-game in order to determine if the face down card is black or red.
