The game is played by hitting the “deal” button and then the machine deals out the cards.  The player can then choose to hold cards in hopes that they are dealt cards that will form a good hand the next time around.  After the player has chosen to hold they then hit the deal button again and new cards are dealt in the place of those cards that were not held onto.  If the new combination of cards makes a hand the player is compensated accordingly.

What is a lot of fun is that when you do win you have the chance to double or half double your winnings, or you can take the win.  When you double or half double the win you are then given a card that is face down.  The player has to decide if they want to double or half double their winnings and when you choose to, they will have to decide if the face down card is black or red by clicking on the corresponding icon.  If the player gets it right their winnings are doubled or half doubled and they can choose to half double or double again and again as long as they predict the right color of the card.

We had a good time playing and we actually made more on the doubling or half doubling than we did on the initial bets.  Of course, it’s all a game of chance because you never really know what color the card will be.  Attempting to find some sort of pattern we would double black twice and then red once, and eight out of 10 times this worked for us again and again.
