European Roulette, the Game
Introduction
Roulette possibly began in England in the 1700's derived from
a game called Roly Poly. Roly Poly
was based on black and white dots without numbers. A redesign was made by the French in the late 1700's to put
numbers in the game. American
Roulette wheels had thirty one numbers at first with a zero, a double zero, and
one more zero being displayed by an American eagle. Today, the European wheels only have one zero and the
American wheels have the zero and double zero. Both the American and European wheels have thirty six
numbers now days.
There are usually up to eight players in the roulette tables
playing against the house which is represented by the dealer, who moves the
roulette wheel and takes care of the bets and payouts. The European wheel contains thirty
seven slots for thirty six numbers and one zero.
Basic Rules
In order to play roulette, you put your wager or wagers on
certain numbers (any number even the zero and double zero) in the layout for
the table or on the outside portion of the table when all the players at the
table make their wagers, the dealer starts the spin of the wheel and sets the
ball loose. Just a few instances
and the ball is just to fall on the slots, the dealer shouts "no more
bets." From there no player can
place or change their wagers until the ball falls on a slot. Once the dealer puts the dolly on the
number that wins on the table and takes off the losing wagers, you may commence
to put your new wagers. During
this wager placement process the dealer also pays the winners. The winners attain victory by having
selected the number under which the ball fell on the roulette wheel. Also the wagers located on the outside
of the table's layout win in case that the winning number is displayed there
too.
There are several types of wager placement in roulette. Every wager has different types of
numbers and different orders, as demonstrated in the winning table area.
Straight Up
You may wager on any number even the zero by putting a chip
on the middle of the chosen number.
Split Bet
You may wager on two numbers by putting a chip on the
dividing line of the two numbers.
Street Bet
You may wager on three numbers by putting a chip on the left
line on the corner of the roulette table by the line belonging to the three
numbers.
Corner Bet
You may wager on four numbers by putting the chips on the
edge where the four numbers collide.
Four Bet
You may wager on the numbers 3, 2, 1, 0, and 00 by putting a
chip on the inside line on the left corner between one and zero.
Line Bet
You may wager on two street bets (for example, six different numbers in
two columns of three numbers) by putting the chip on the left inside line on
the corner and between the two lines).
Column Bet
There are three areas signaled "2 to 1" at the lower of the
number column. You may put the
wagers for all these numbers by putting the chips in any one of these
areas. If any of the numbers
located in the column are the winning number, you win on a ratio of two to one,
with the zero and double zero being losing numbers.
Dozen Bet
You may wager on a series of twelve numbers by putting the
chip in any one of the three areas shown as "1st 12," "3rd 12," or "2nd 12." If one of the twelve numbers chosen is the winner,
the payout will be based on a two to one ratio with zero and double zero being
losing numbers.
Red/Black, Even/Odd, Low/High Bets
You may put a wager in one of the areas located on the left
corner of the table that has half of the roulette numbers (not including the
zero and double zero). Each area
has eighteen numbers. You win a
payout rate of one to one in any of these wagers with the zero and double zero
being losing numbers.
Winning Number Display
The winning number display has the results of the thirteen
previous spins.

The Game play Sequence
All of our games have to be played by entering it, selecting
the table limits, betting, and looking at the results for your wager and
choices for the game play. We will
talk about these levels of game play, and tell you what you need to learn to be
a great player.
Here are some descriptions for every one of these parts for
the game play process:
Starting the game: Once you have chosen a game from the game
menu, a screen will pop up.
This is the game screen. You will have the game table, the console for the game, and
various buttons.
Choosing table limits:
Before beginning the game you can be shown with a screen that has three
options for the table limits.
These are the table limits that will be affecting your betting-you
cannot wager less than the minimum or more than the maximum. These table limits affect EVERY bet
zone. In blackjack, the table
limits affect every single bet location individually. If you are not asked to select a table limit the game has
been given a limit by the online casino and is shown on a table's plaque.
Placing your bet: Once you have chosen the table limits, the
limits screen will be taken off (the table limits will still be shown on the
table's plaque to the right corner of the chip zone on the table). On the left corner, bottom portion of
the table are a bunch of chips, every chip with a different value shown on its
surface. On the table there are
many bet zones. These zones are
displayed by lighter circles. In
sic bo, keno, roulette and other games you could move the mouse to see the
various bet zones.
To place a bet, press on a chip, press in the bet zone. The chip with the value you chose will
be display in the bet zone. The
quantity of the chip will be subtracted from your balance and placed back to
your bet.
To remove a bet, control-press on the selected chip (click and
hold the control button on your keyboard and then press on the selected chip).
The chip will be withdrawn from the table, and the chip's value will be
subtracted from your bet and placed with your balance.
Deal/spin/roll: According to the game you are playing, you
have to commence the game play by clicking the deal, spin, or roll
buttons. These buttons will be
found in the middle of the table.
When you click the button, the dealer will draw the initial cards, spin
the sic bo tumbler, or spin the roulette wheel to begin the game.
Game play: The way the game evolves is dependent on every
individual game. Some games, such
as blackjack, evolve through various levels where you have to choose amongst
different plays. Other games, such
as Baccarat, only have one level-the cards are given and you either lose or
win.
Rules for every individual game are covered in great
detail. To access these rules,
select the game from the menu located above this rules screen.
Starting a new game: Once you have finished a game, you can
play again by pressing the new game button. If you are playing a casino card game, the cards are
reshuffled at the start of every new game. At the start of the new game, you could use the re-bet
option. This will put the same
wagers on the table that you made in the earlier game. Just press the re-bet icon.
This covers the basic casino game play for all of our cool
games. For detail game
instructions, choose the game from the menu on top. Remember that you may
always go to the help area by pressing the help icon in the games, or by
pressing the help menu icon in the website's main page.
