It is a mouth full, but what it does it to allow the player to opt out of the hand whenever he or she wishes and getting paid out on the existing hand based on basic strategy. The betting action is then based on the cards already dealt. Only the face up card of the dealer is used. In Early Payouts the strongonger hands are offered higher Early-Payouts than weaker hands. The Early Payout figure is simply calculated based on the average anticipated outcome of the players hand that is dealt and the Dealer's up card.
