Keep Track of What You’re Doing

If you have a hard time pulling yourself away from the computer you should also set a timer for yourself.  Perhaps you should set a time limit of 30 minutes a day and when the timer goes off you close down the software and you’re done.  This will allow you to do other things and not get so carried away with the games that you love that you neglect the other things in your life.  It can be difficult to manage all of this, but when you are gaming from home you have to be very careful to keep the entertainment in check.
